Restaurant Staff – Specialty Nodoguro Donburi Restaurant (Kanazawa)

Join our team at "Aenokoto", a unique restaurant located inside “Tooryanse Kanazawa Food Labo” in the heart of Kanazawa.
We specialize in "Nodoguro Donburi (Blackthroat Seaperch rice bowls)", a local delicacy highly valued in Japanese cuisine.
Our dishes are prepared in a variety of styles—sashimi, charcoal-grilled, and semi-raw—served in traditional Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware, blending Kanazawa’s food culture with its renowned craftsmanship.

As part of our staff, you will:
- Welcome and serve both domestic and international guests, many of whom visit Kanazawa for its food culture.
- Support kitchen and floor operations, ensuring smooth service in a lively, tourism‑oriented environment.
- Share the story of Kanazawa’s culinary and craft traditions with customers, creating a memorable dining experience.

- Monday & Thursday: 11:00 – 16:00
- Wednesday & Friday: 11:00 – 21:00
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00 – 21:00
*The restaurant is generally closed on Tuesdays.
